Access Keys
Access keys allow you to navigate a complaint web site just by pressing the access key combination for the page that you want. On Windows, an access key combination is the ALT key plus the specific access key to select the link, and then Enter to follow it. On Macintosh systems you use the Control key instead.
All pages on this site define the following access keys:
- Access Key 1: Home page
- Access Key 9: Contact us/feedback
- Access Key 0: Accessibility statement (this page)
Text Size
If you have trouble reading the text on this web site because it is too small, you can increase the size of the text using your browser’s Text Size control. On Internet Explorer, this is located on the View menu.
