Beeston Wildlife Group - Walks and Talks
Beeston Wildlife Group is one of the local groups of Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust. Much of their attention is focused on the activities and events at Attenborough Nature Reserve.
Talks
Monday 20th February 2012 the Magic of the Senses
Join Dr Rob Mason as he takes us on a journey through animal senses, exploring sight, smell and taste amongst others. This is a tale of map reading rats, giggling mice, bats that sing, snakes seeing in the dark and elephants hearing through their feet!
Talks are held every month from September to April at Trent Vale Infant School, Trent Road, Beeston Rylands, Nottinghamshire NG9 1LP. Directions to Trent Vale School
Talks start at 7.30pm until 9.30pm. Admission is £2 which includes refreshments. ALL WELCOME
Guided Walks
Guided walks are held monthly on a Saturday meeting at the Attenborough Nature Centre Car Park on Barton Lane at 10am until 1pm. Booking is not required, just turn up on the day and dress for the weather.
