Beeston Wildlife Group - Walks and Talks

Beeston Wildlife Group is one of the local groups of Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust.  Much of their attention is focused on the activities and events at Attenborough Nature Reserve. 


Talks are held every month from September to April at Trent Vale Infant School, Trent Road, Beeston Rylands, Nottinghamshire NG9 1LP. Directions to Trent Vale School
Talks start at 7.30pm until 9.30pm.  Admission is £2 which includes refreshments.  ALL WELCOME

16th September 2013: Medicinal uses of plants, by Dr Patrick Harding
14th October 2013: Common wildflowers, by James Simpson
18th November 2013: British butterflies, by Dr Tim Melling
16th December 2013: Christmas Cracker

Guided Walks
Guided walks are held monthly on a Saturday meeting at the Attenborough Nature Centre Car Park on Barton Lane at 10am until 1pm.  Booking is not required, just turn up on the day and dress for the weather.
