Peregrine camera 2012 now live!
We are excited to announce the launch of this year's Peregrine camera
Now streaming live in HD: a webcam featuring one of the UK’s most successful urban peregrine falcon nests.
Last year's popular Peregrine Cam was visited over 250,000 times; eager viewers watched in amazement as Mr & Mrs Peregrine raised four chicks in a nest box in Nottingham city centre.
The camera provides the public with 24hr coverage of life in the nest, which sits almost 40m high on Nottingham Trent University’s iconic Newton building. The live webcam captures their every move, including egg laying, the hatching process, the chicks being fed and learning to fly.
