Stonechat (1 female on Erewash Meadows - viewed from railway fence by pylon, Jack Snipe (1 Erewash meadow), 2 Common Snipe, Little Egret (2 separately flew into Coneries roost from NE), 2 Shelduck, 8 Northern Shoveler, 10 Goosander (Clifton Pond) 60 Fieldfare (to NW) 45 Common Gull (Tween pond reedbed fencing), 8 Redpoll (in flock on thistles near new upstream outflow), Bittern (Clifton Pond Reedbed, in front of Tower Hide), Water Rail (on fringes of Clifton Pond Reedbed, in front of Tower Hide), male Goldeneye (on Clifton Pond), many Tree Sparrow (in trees near Kingfisher Hide), Goosander (on Church Pond), large flock of Pochard on Coronies Pond, several Shoveler on Clifton Pond, group of Gadwall present on the flooded Wheater Field, 2 Common Snipe (seen flying into Reedbed in front of Tower Hide)
