Simon Barnes is an author and journalist. He has written a wildlife opinion column in The Times. His outspoken, and sometimes controversial, views champion wildlife conservation in Britain and beyond.
Join Simon at The Idle Valley, Retford, for an evening talk, Q&A and a booksigning. During his talk "A View from a Mountain" he'll talk about his views on conservation in the UK and discuss how species protection is of paramount importance and requires people to speak out in order to successfully conserve wildlife.
The Idle Valley Rural Learning Centre is situated on North Road near Retford and is well served by public transport. There is also ample parking at the centre. Postcode: DN22 8SG.
